About Our Products

What types of model trains do you carry?
We specialize in a wide range of model trains including European Model Trains, G Gauge, N Scale, and O Gauge Model Trains. Our inventory also includes locomotives, rolling stock, couplers & wheelsets, track and accessories, model scenery, decals, and holiday-themed sets – everything you need to build your perfect layout.
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming products?
Yes! We have a dedicated “Pre-Order” section where you can reserve upcoming model trains and accessories before they’re officially released. Your card will only be charged when the item ships.
Are your model trains suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We carry products for all skill levels, from beginner-friendly sets to highly detailed models for advanced collectors. Our Layout Accessories and Model Railroading Tools sections include many items perfect for those just starting in the hobby.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your items to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select locations). International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep. For Standard Shipping, you’ll get detailed tracking; for Free Shipping, basic tracking is provided.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
